Not All Love Stories Are Sweet – Double-Sided Bookish Mug (Handmade Author Merch)

Description

This is the mug for readers who prefer their love stories with a sharp edge. Designed by me (the author) as part of my new merch line, this white ceramic mug carries original bookish artwork on both sides, one cup, two different designs.

One side shows a woman with a soft reddish bun sitting on a tall stack of books, with the line: “Not all love stories are meant to be sweet. Some are meant to be dangerous.” The other side features a woman with teal-toned hair sitting cross-legged and reading, paired with: “I don’t want butterflies. I want a warning sign.” Both illustrations have a soft, painterly style that fits the darker, more dangerous end of romance and romantasy. The full design wraps around so you get a different line and image depending on which way the mug faces.

What’s included

• One white ceramic mug with the double-sided design
• Handmade by the author
• 100% AI-free

Details that matter This is a standard everyday ceramic mug, comfortable to hold, dishwasher safe for easy cleanup, and the right size for your morning coffee, tea, or late-night reading drink. The double-sided layout means the artwork and text are visible from multiple angles on a desk, bookshelf, or in photos. Because the design is applied by me rather than mass-produced, each mug has that handmade author-merch feel.

Every mug is handmade with the design applied by me, 100% AI-free. This is real author merch created for readers, not a generic stock item. The two quotes and illustrations sit together as one piece, so the mug feels intentional rather than like two separate designs stuck on the same cup.
